Excellent sparkling wine obtained from Glera grapes and a small percentage of PINOT NERO that in that year (millesimo) express the highest quality level. Rose nuances from the Pinot Nero, fine, velvety and elegant thanks to the long fermentation and maturation on yeasts (60 days).

Matches perfectly as an aperitif, light first courses, fish dishes. Base for fruit-juice cocktails.
