Wine characterised by a straw yellow colour and delicate scents of white flowers, such as white roses and light Mediterranean hints. Pleasantly recognisable is the yellow apple fragrance. Harmonic, full-bodied and rich in flavour, it is well paired with starters or light first-courses such as risotto with spring herbs. Serving temperature 10-12°C.
