Straw yellow colour with greenish shades. It sports both floral and Mediterranean fragrances, such as elder, thyme and sage. Full-bodied and rich in flavour, it is a great match to tasty dishes, fish main-courses, rabbit and aged cheeses. Serve at 10-12°C.
